Shipping Information
SHIPPING to all of the 48 contiguous United States. Normal production is 12-15 business days. Peak season is 3-4 weeks.
We do not ship to Canada however some Canadian customers who live close to the US border
have used shipping brokeages inside the US border as a delivery destination.

We do not stock cushion inventory because one of
each cushion style and fabric available would total
over 14,000 different products.
Since each item is manufactured only after an order is
received our production and delivery times may vary.
Additional conditions that can affect delivery times are:

The general process for completing an order is as follows:
1. Order is received
2. Order is submitted into our production schedule
3. Items on order are checked and material availability verified
4. Order enters manufacturing system
5. Order is completed and is moved to shipping department
6. Order is shipped out to you

Most orders are produced and completed within 15 Business Days (Monday - Friday) After the order has been produced, shipping transit times will also apply depending on the destination.

Although most orders do go out within 15 Business Days, we cannot guarantee that all orders will fit the same schedule.

Shipping Costs
$9.00 flat charge on all orders up to $50.00.
For orders over $50.00, shipping charges are 18% of the order's subtotal
for all states except California, Nevada, Oregon and Washington.
For orders over $50.00, shipping charges are 20% of the order's subtotal
for California, Nevada, Oregon and Washington.
Our standard shipping is by FedEx ground.
